Edit the global introduction shown at the archive entrance and on the main archive page. Collection and artwork content is managed in the sections below.

Upload images used in collection and artwork sections. Every upload keeps its original private and creates a smaller web-display copy. Companion download permissions are set independently when the image is added as a size or format variant.

Care guidance, companion material and notes can belong to a collection or to one individual artwork. Published sections also build the contextual navigation automatically.

Create the permanent Issue 00 certificate that stays with the artwork, or an Issue 01+ certificate for its registered owner. Issue 00 also records one full-artwork reference image and an optional identifying detail for visual verification. Certificate issue and PDF document version are recorded separately.

Upload PDF certificates, provenance records, care guides and studio documents. Files remain private and are opened through short-lived secure links according to their audience.
